BWRDC Junior Champion and RDA student Cassey Watson completed her first official duties as a BTCC package competitor when she spent two days at Croft circuit in North Yorkshire for the media launch days of the 2008 Ginetta Junior Championship last week.
Cassey came away with her confidence boosted due to being up the top of the time sheets on both days of testing. Cassey said, “This was an important test as it was the first time that most of this year’s competitors were on track together, to be quick was terrific but credit has to go to my team, Tockwith Motorsport, who gave me a car that filled me with confidence.”
Cassey will now head off to Brands Hatch in Kent where the first two rounds take place on 29/30th March.
