Erika Detota and navigator Mary Warren will be back in their Ruge’s Subaru rally car for Black River Stages on Sept 21-22 for the Atlantic Rally Cup final event.

The event, is headquartered in Harrisville, NY and is known for technical gravel roads with plenty of jumps. This will be the first time both Detota and Warren compete at this event.

“We scored high points and the previous rallies and are in good position to be able to secure the 2 wheel drive title. Another new rally for me this year and I like the challenge of going to new events. We also have to think about the Cup, therefore finishing is priority.” says Detota. Erika and Mary currently lead the 2WD standings by 60 points and already clinched podium spot at the end of the season.

“I am working hard to review video and notes with Erika’s coach, Jason Smith who has won the rally outright. I want us to be at speed right from the start and am hoping for a good result to wrap up the season.” Warren stated.

The event will consist of 88 competitive stage miles over twisty gravel roads of Lewis County, in upstate New York. The rally will begin on Saturday and run through several night stages into Sunday afternoon’s finish.
