Molly Taylor wants more success in the FIA ERC Ladies’ Trophy after moving to the top of the title standings with her third class win of 2013 in Czech Republic at the Barum Czech Rally Zlín, an all asphalt race.
Taylor is now equal on points with Ekaterina Stratieva following her latest triumph in her United Business Rally Team Citroën DS3 R3T.
“I’m really happy to have got the points,” said the Australian driver. “I’ve learned a lot during the weekend and now I can push on.”
Behind Taylor, Ekaterina Stratieva kept her title dream alive by passing Martina Da?helová, second in class overnight, for the runner-up spot in her Citroën C2R2. It was Stratieva’s first event competing with former navigator Carmen Poenaru. She’s now equal at nine points with Taylor.
